Mass freekill; in the beginning of the round, he got lead and gives the in cell order, "all Ts face Consuela room" which is not marked on the map and is not visible from cells, also when he first joined the server today, Pyrrhic gagged him for implied racism, plus has a long history of bans.

This is indeed an invalid order and those were freekills, unfortunately he does not meet our minimum definition of mass freekilling.

VAC if you're going to give incell orders to face a location, that location must be either on the map or visible from the main cell stairs. Consuelas room does not meet either of those definitions.
