It's pretty clear from the logs players were votekicking him for micspam/racism and he was also racist in chat as you can see from your screenshots.

Now, idk how he thinks that name he has is funny, its actually quite offensive.

So, ban approved & extended. User can come here to explain himself.

Also Lofi, I'd advise to start using a video recording software and uploading to YouTube, demos are just really broken as you can tell.
