Well,As I know I grow in public area which is not in the rules not un-owned I thought that woods is for everybody they may have right to do anything also I ask father like 3 times in PM that can I grow in woods? he didnt respond at all so I decide to grow it,another reason that I dont wait for respond.Honestly I want my craft level to level 8 so I can crate a car bomb but I got raid so much time so I really dont want to grow in house anymore.

The rules say unowned, you can't own a forest. Therefore your logic is flawed. Wait it out.
