i warned not to spawn glitch in the graveyard refuesed to listen he was kicked came back and started doing it again

From where the sentry was placed, he wasn't close enough to the spawn point so no one would've been stuck. You also gotta provide someone actually getting stuck. (Demos are best for this)

Also, when you kick someone, provide an actual reason. "boo" is not a reason to kick someone, remind them what they're doing wrong. But in this case, No rules were being broken.
