intentionally destroying props on several maps after several complaints and warnings

He's been trolling for several maps: first I zlocked him on the map before this time after people were complaining about his breaking multiple props, he then spam opened/closed a garage door on the following map, and finally started destroying props on the map that resulted in this zlist
