Promotes fire constently, was warned and gagged for it many times, only have a screenshot of my gag for it today, however the chat show how often he does it.
(Provided some screenshots from chat logs, there are many more times he promoted that i didn't ss from chat logs, if you ctrl F you'll find many cases)

Edit : Since i'm aware i only have proof of me gagging him once for it, if you don't aprove it may you leave it open and next time it happens i'll add proof for me gagging him in here.
