was slayed for freeshooting and freekilling, then freekills someone for just having a gun, and hits multiple people.

We shouldn't jump straight to Tlists for this, in this case if he continued after a slay, tlock them and gather more proof than a console screenshot of some freeshots with no context behind them. Tlist with video evidence of orders/actions carried out is best. DIsapproved.
