:l No. You made it extremely obvious that you used scripts. Your strafing was bad but you still gained a shit ton of speed. You were even bhopping up hill without a problem and light strafing which is what made it the most obvious.

You will not be unbanned, if you want to play on HG servers again you are going to need a new steamID.
