he kept free killing during lr and free killed us when he was lead kept laughing and when shizuku was lead he also kept free killing us.

On the first clip he did not give an in cell order, he just said to get on the benches when cell doors open, and he procedes to kill everybody.

On the second clip he tried to kill everyone in their cells again, this time with him not even being lead. He was also baiting and he got knifed at the end.
