He has been playing on the server for months, he definitely knows better. He can appeal here if he wants to talk again.

So apparently I got banned the 1st time for something (not knowing what it was) and then I got perma muted. Now I don't know what I did, besides using homophobic slurs and other slurs, but not racial ones. Fortis banned me for something and froxy reported me for saying Mega F****t Homo Bitch, on which he thought mega was a different word used as a racial slur. I don't know if you guys don't take slurs anymore but I think I got muted for it.

Grandpa Louie, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt on the two clips Bert has provided. I think in those clips it is possible you said "mega" and not "n***a".

However, the first clip ( https://imgur.com/ehJtAjl ) on your original ban absolutely sounds like you are saying the hard-r n-word. You have been playing on our servers for months, how can you explain this behavior?

Also, you understand that yelling "mega faggot homo bitch" over and over is also an extreme abuse of voice chat and warrants a perma-mute by itself?

I will unmute you, but first I want you to recognize how saying "mega homo" and phrases like it will land you in trouble in the future, and I want you to promise to try and chill out on the slurs (even if they are slurs we don't immediately punish you for).

im whiter than popcorn im not going to say the n word i swear and also im still going to say slurs cause I have fun of it, but yes i do realize its conflict and the punishments along with it, sorry.

I'm telling you that you should stop saying slurs in our server, and you say that you are going to continue to do so because you have fun doing it? I'm not going to deny that there is a difference between calling someone you are friends with a "faggot" or something similar, but you HAVE to understand that yelling "faggot homo bitch" in voice chat is NOT OKAY.

Can you please promise me that you will not do things like this again? If you can't, I won't be disapproving this mute.

Ok ok fine! I didn't realize the rules were that strict. I promise I will not say any slurs (unless I die I might say f you once or twice) so its not %100 but at the very least i'd say a 97%.
