I believe he took a shot at someone else who was jumping around and ended up shooting me, even though I was following the order. Also seems like he was shooting at the stack and could have easily killed a bunch of other folks.

An incident like this can be resolved ingame or by talking with the individual about it. A single freekill doesn't warrant a T-List. If this happens again or you gather more evidence of the individual breaking the rules, please resubmit a ban report, until then, I advise you resolve this in-game and gather more proof if this continues.
