So wait u black list me instead of asking me why I did it or didnt even take the time figure out why it happened? Since where were bank robbers not allowed to be shot at? You blacklisted me for a 4 second clip with no context.
What rule are you even referencing to that I cant shoot a car as a cop let alone for bank robbery.

Doesnt matter if he is evading. He killed a police officer and robbed the bank. He is armed and dangerous. What point here am I missing. Where does it even say I cant shoot people evading. I RP'd it I didnt just randomly shoot him.

You shouldn't be shooting people the second you pull up if they are evading and not presenting a threat. Don't try to claim you RPed it when the video clearly shows you roll up and just start blasting. Approved but not extended.
