GI-JOSE had just died and POOPOO took over as lead. However, as you can see in the video, POOPOO does not give out any orders and people ask him if he has a mic. Shortly thereafter you can start to see him killing random T's include myself in the video, but still no orders are given.

While I believe this was a misunderstanding where he didn't realize he wasn't giving orders, multiple people in game attempted to inform him of that and he was still killing much later. Next time try to be more aware of what the other players are saying as to prevent this from happening again.
