My POV is literal dogshit, but from what I witnessed, he went from cell to cell murdering people following the orders. I only T-Listed him after he attempted to blast me on my bench after killing 3 other T's, which all were NOT afk and 2 of them play frequently, so they would know what a bench order is.

To add on, he also left instantly after T-list.

He can appeal here if he wants to play CT again.
