He was warned, told to read the rules, you can see from console (in the video) he RDM'd for at least three rounds in a row, I made every effort to reach out to him to make sure he knew to read the rules. He does not reply, continues to RDM, gets warned one last time, then RDM's me mid warning and leaves.

Looks like he just wanted to play a TDM gamemode. I guess he can take a few days off. Thanks for the report and I appreciate you trying to help him out despite his stubbornness.
