He caused many problems by freekilling, freeshooting, and baiting, then constantly complaining in chat saying he did nothing wrong or it wouldn't happen again.

So from what I've seen, he looks to be fairly new.

I think the T-locks you've done ingame were sufficient enough for the issues he caused. If he continues to FK or troll, please resubmit the T-list report with this proof & your new proof.
