This happened over a few day's time. He kept freeshooting and freekilling for no reason. Sometimes he would kill Ts correctly doing an order, other times he would kill non-red Ts when there was no lead. He would also constantly talk over lead, sometimes to the point of micspam. I slayed him numerous times. I warned him in All Chat, I Pm'd him multiple times, and I Tlocked him a few times. Every time I told him to read the rules, and even though he had days to read them, he never did. I warned him that if he kept freekilling he was going to be Tlisted, but that didn't stop him. I don't believe he was being malicious; he's young and he wasn't freekilling all the time. He just didn't care enough to read our rules, and his freekilling got out of hand to the point that I felt a Tlist was necessary.

Thanks Shadow, he can take some time to learn the rules before he plays on CT again.
