Repeatedly and intentionally being racist through mic/ chat box over 6th times. Toxic behavior wouldn't listen to warnings after given nearly a hundredth times. Yelling and making unnecessary noises in mic.

Very disrespectful towards leadership and admins.

Hasn't learnt his lessons when unbanned.

i was never racist. we were talking about countries and i mentioned ****. decay said to say the whole country name. IT IS THE WHOLE ONE. i was never racist.

Nobody was talking about countries you just bought it up and started saying it intentionally without stopping. Racist or not, there was no need for you to repeatedly saying and typing it in chat box on purpose. Besides your toxicity in game were too much as I witness it many times that you've been insulting/trash talking new players and making weird noises through your mic.
Nearly impersonated me for months as I was nice and not do anything about it.
As you agreed to the previous ban that you will stop and behave but nothing's changed. You've done a lot more, but I let it go.

You know exactly what you were doing. You're being edgy racist to try and get as close as you can to saying slurs without actually saying them. Implied racism is still racism, and with your history of racism and toxicity it will not be tolerated.
