Nopepad.exe Friend of HG Was banned by an abusive staff member at the time for a silly little thing (whispering on mic) that should have only been a warning, but resulted in a slay, then a ban for both me and my friend. I've submitted proof via PM to bigjohnMS and was told by them that it looked good enough and to post an abuse report. After checking out powner and realizing he's a "Friend of HG", I'm assuming they no longer have the power to control bans and what not, so I didn't bother posting an abuse report as I see no point anymore. I'll essentially re-post the PM originally submitted to them as well as the screenshot links. My apologies if this is the wrong format, I tried to find a template for this, but couldn't. But not only did he start a flame war in OOC over it and constantly bring it up, he'd then instantly tell me to stop talking about it when I tried to defend myself and prove my point that he was abusing. He would throw us around with a physgun even when we weren't doing anything bad at the time, slayed us for it once, kicked us so we stopped. When we rejoined he let people RDM us and get away with it. Then about half an hour later we were randomly kicked and haven't been able to rejoin to this day. We weren't RDMing, CDMing, NLRing, what have you. We were pure and simply whispering and it landed us a permanent ban across every Hellsgamers server. If that's what whispering gets on your servers then forget the whole appeal, but I'm fairly confident that it doesn't. MyMindIsBlank HG Member   This ban is a year ago so it is outdated but here are the things wrong | 1) complaining in ooc ; its not good and it just creates spam. 2) calling someone a "badmin" is pretty disrespectful. This probably wouldnt have resulted into a perm, really it didnt need a perm for this considering there isnt any proof to provide that these actions were done. Unbanned - dont cause any problems please. |
