I talked to her, alfonz was breaking NLR and she was trying to prevent him from arresting mafia. She knows to record and post demo instead of taking matters into her own hands again.

First cop was by in the middle of the road by bank (took matters into her own hands start from tick 4100 50% speed.)
Second cop Mafia was in a gun fight with a cop, and she defends her org member and kills him at tick 4100 carries with the first one.
3rd kill of Adam Sanders at 5200 he punches sticky Note with mighty muscle and kills him, so in turn Neko at tick 5600+ kills adam saunders for killing/assult on sticky.

One rdm with her uzi by bank/street, which she has come to me and said that is was her mistake for taking it into her own hands.

Other two kills were justified by self-defense of gang member and punch whoring/death.

Resolved.
