I saw him speed off and get stuck on a curb. He was driving recklessly so I was going to give him a ticket. He proceeded to threaten me by saying he would shoot me if I gave him one (Rule 28 says he cant) I started my demo incase he did. By the time I got it started there is about 1 second before he kills me. I hadn't ticketed him yet and he decided he could kill me. His excuse is that he had a warrant. He didn't have one. He proceeded to rob the bank after I was killed. That's when he received his warrant.
