What I see:

1. Mathew Lee breaking NLR shooting up my organization member "Mafia Moose". I see that and immediately equip a gun and shoot him.

2. No breaking of NLR on my side in any way, shape, or form.

Shows Matthew Being Finished Off , Revives at Nexus at starts instantly shooting at Mafia Moose to kill her. Sticky At around 0:08 turns her head and sees the swat shooting at her org member. She runs behind the counter of nexus (0:12) where she loads a uzi to kill the swat that was shooting at her org member through the glass.
