I walk from apartments / behind bank and I randomly get warranted thne arrested.. I'm still confused on why but here is the demo for proof

I think he thought I killed the guy under my car maybe, who knows but still think he deserves minimum of a warning. He said I did a hit and run, As you will see in the demo I never did that :l.
