I am sure you can find that many other admins have had a problem with him, He joins the server with HG_Lil_Wayne5453 all the time and I constantly tell him to change his name back he goes on a bit and says he doesnt understand then when he is about to get banned he leaves the server to avoid the ban.

I have tried to do it through his Steam ID but for some reason it wont work.
