He rdmed me as a cop claiming I shot him when I never did. Never tazed me either, just straight up shot me. Use the drive feature if necessary.

The kill on Silibrian was legit due to him pointing his weapon at the cops when they showed up, and the kill on you was legit because you were aiming your shotgun at another citizen threatening their life.

SWAT Rule
5. If your life or someone else's is directly threatened, you may use lethal force.
