I load up a shotgun outside of apartments and he shoots me and breaks my legs. He also RDM'd a few people inside apartments.

Not really any RDM here from him, he shot mafia's leg which looked like it was a reflex since he didn't kill mafia afterwards. But you were pointing a gun, and he looked like he was defending/counter raiding. So IDK. But not nough proof to get him banned. NOT BANNED, thanks for the report.
