He was speed hacking in server, and claimed to be running two accounts in game at the same time. i didn't get the other steam ID's though

there were 2 mint jelly's, one on each team
the demo here http://hellsgamers.com/hgbans.php?i=30542-mint-jelly shows the other on CT team


Just gonna change the steamID on here to ban the other guy
