This guy was hacking using m249 spinning around shootinmg everyone in the head through walls. Also teleporting fast. I tried to get screenshots of this I am unfamiliar with doing so. I had originally just kicked him but he came back hours later and proceeded to ruin the game for everyone again. I pressed prntscreen as someone instructed but appearantaly did not work.

type record "demo name" in console to record a demo. and then to stop it, type "stop"
