Server: CS:S Jailbreak

He's been muted on previous occasions for mic spam by other admins and myself so I mute him for 9 rounds

Shortly after he dc then rc to avoid the mute so I kick him for avoiding admin punishment

When he rc I go to put the mute back on him and he dc again to avoid it
