19. If you are raiding/defending, you may only kill the enemy if they are on the property. Also if they are near the property and are posing a threat. A threat constitutes having a gun in there hand.

After they told you to leave you went off their property and equiped a shotgun and put it in your hand. Since you were near the property posing a threat this is not RDM.
