Tyrone Shanka Came onto Subs 2 and Killed Blood and Giants. Which counts as a raid. (TIck 28232)

Then less then 30mins he raided again breaking the 30 minute raid rule (Tick 62799)

He does not deserve all these unbans. He needs to be gone for good
