Not to sure on this but it's better to be safe and see what you guys think. Just called out as a private cheat with a good anti-recoil/spread. But then again could be a good player, if you want me to get more evidence I will do.

I'm leaning towards unnaturally low recoil/spread, but I'll have someone else review just to be sure
