I am really sorry to what i have done, i don't know what happened i got insane andrdmed everybody, please give me a second chance i swear i won't mass rdm again - i really llove thIs server :(

Seeing as you have previous bans for RDMing, It appears to be a constant thing for you. I'll lower it to a week but don't let me see this kind of behavior from you again.
