This is just a blatant case of an admin who gave an impossible order based on the day he was running, though the order should have ended the day, and it lead to mass FKs, but did he slay himself, no because he didn't think he had to, and no other admin could.
Start the demo at Tick 6500, and watch about 45 seconds and you will hear him give the order, this tick is shortly before his mistake to make sure it is captured.
