It actually starts around 40500. I was raiding sky and had just lockpicked the door open when I saw police coming. So I put my lockpick away and stepped to the side. Either I could act like nothing was going on until the cops went in so I could shoot them in the back or they would leave. I wasn't going to just stop my raid because the cops showed up, that 30 minute timer is a killer. I knew the doors were about to be lockable again by the owners so I decided to try my luck killing the cops then finishing my raid. No luck doing that. Had to try though. Thats my side of it.
