Not a RDM.

#1. He had a shotgun on his back and ran at my door and was obviously based with blessings and whoever else was at Penthouse.

#2 Trying to pick up guns that are my kills is considered my property and a threat.

All you have to do is watch the demo and you can see that he had a shotgun in the public walkways of apartments and ran at the door where there was already 3 bodies.

To make it even worse I gave this guy 5k cash because I thought it actually was an accident because I got pmed by about 3 different people who said I RDM.

Demo proves otherwise after I watched it. Arezk did you even watch this or did you just post it for someone?

I wouldn't be surprised if they told him to go at my door and raid in teamspeak and after I killed him they said RDM.

Not basing does not mean you were not raiding... You had a SG equipped.

Yeah, that is rdm. Having a gun on your back/holstered does not count as a threat. A threat is either in their hand near your property, or aimed in your direction. Just because you killed someone does not mean that anything they drop is "yours". Therefore you can't kill people for picking it up off the ground.

The gun would have been in his hand he just is so bad that he never even got a chance because I killed him through door when I heard yet another person rushing my teamate died through the door with one shot from a shotgun so I am sorry that I reacted. I even tried to say sorry to tyrone and I gave him 5k money but he proceeded to talk trash when I tried to make a defense.
