Matt Frankster and (other report for them) where both blocking me in at the side of the road and I was there for 20 minutes and I said I wouldnt relog because I was waiting for the admin who doesnt help (arezk).

I can confirm this, I asked them several times as police chief to move and they refused, I eventually warranted them and arrested them for disorderly conduct.
