Shot his willard in country to start a fire. He then proceeds to go fireman to put out the fire, and keeps driving past it for it to spread. Fail RP.

Tick 36,000- Goes FF
Tick 42,000- Drives past the country fire, ignoring it
Tick 52,700- Pulls into country, sees the fire, and leaves

I blacklisted him after that. He shouldn't be doing things like this.

Yeah it didn't say not to do that in the rules, but i wont do that again. I now have a blacklist from firefighter, i don't think a ban is necessary. I admit my intention was originally to put it out and make money, but i thought about it, and kinda felt like a gray area. so I decided to patrol and look for other fires instead. After doing a few laps around evocity, and not finding any other fires besides a minor car fire by suburbs 4, I began to wonder why i didn't see any smoke coming from where my willard exploded. I then drove up closer, and the fire was still going so I decided I should drive back to the city and quit firefighter so it would go out on its own. If you watch the demo, I NEVER actually put out any of those flames and i was driving away from the scene when the blacklist initiated.
