The incident occurs at around tick 5000 in the demo. Burzy immediately warranted me, instead of roleplaying a high speed chase. And the second I stopped to /pm him what the deal was, SWAT and police ambushed me. I tried explaining that it was a fail warrant, and I hadn't received a ticket or warned before-hand, but it failed. I wasn't going to post a ban report, because it wasn't that big of a deal. But immediately afterward, I saw him do the same thing to another person near the bank. Sadly I don't have video evidence of that happening, but I am hoping what I captured would be enough to atleast get him blacklisted for 2 hours or so. Thank you for reviewing this ban request.
