curious to if you just tazed him or you tried to pull him over like the rules say you are supposed to becuase if you tazed (too lazy to downlod the demo right now :P), I am pretty sure you can only taze if they try to evade and you must try to pull them over first. he could have shot you because he probably thought you were going to arrest him.

No I did not taze his car, I put on my sirens and lights and told him to pull over, he did, then he got out of the car and shot me.
