First, use www.dloaded.com for screenshots, we dont accept steam links.

Secondly, warn/kick > ban

Third, if a player is doing something wrong, notify an admin/admins first.

Lastly, he left seconds later; he most likely realized his mistake.

Keep these things in mind next time. Not banned.
