i was walking down the street and this guy gets shot at and without question fires at me for no reason. Throughout yesterday and today he has been rdming me and i just want it to stop. Teddy Monk had to ban him yesterday for rdm and hes still doing it today.

You are following him with your microphone CONSTANTLY on, he asks you repeatedly to stop following him, and then when shot at the only person in the area he can see is you. Misunderstanding. That said, he needs to be careful about who he shoots in the future.
