Comes back onto the property in which he died with a loaded shotgun, after many times of me warning him on mic and jax warning him on mic to leave or I will report him I attempt to kill him, as his shotgun was very threatening. I experience a horrendous lag spike and he kills me. He admits to dying on the mic multiple times, but refuses to admit it was nlr.

tried to tell the guy politely the rules..He argues constantly. trolling anyone who tells him anything.

says he wont see any punishment.. PLEASE EXPLAIN THE RULEZ TO THIS KID..

1) he broke nlr
2) returned to an active raid after being killed there armed with shotgun.

I came back because I saw Pickles leaving so I went in. Didn't know the raid was over, then saw Taylor aiming a gun at me, s o I tried to reason with him and told him to finish raiding because I wanted to get back to basing. He then pulls a fucking gun on me, so I take the one from my back and shoot him, because I'm not gonna let him sit there and shoot me just so I can lose another shotgun to an RDM. And Jax, the only reason I was arguing was because you were not listening to fucking anything I was saying, and you just kept saying the same shit repeatedly trying to look like a nice guy. I also wasn't posing an immediate threat since there was no weapon in my hand. So, my apologies for breaking Rule #4 and returning to the raid that I thought ended, and even though I had no intention of getting back into the raid, I accept whatever punishment is deemed necessary.

His apology is obviously a fake one as he comes RDMs me agains 2 hours later.

I arrested him for shooting a gun in public, when he gets out of jail he kills me and says "That's for the random arrest" Both revenge killing and rdm

i was trying to be nice.

You wanted to argue the FACT you cant return to a raid til its over and EVERYONE is out.

shotgun on your back = armed. you broke NLR. meaning once you die. you cant go back and argue the raid. Once he went to a tides door you started arguing because you didnt want him in there because ( guessing ) your drugs were in there. ( thus you said "you can only raid 1 part of tides at a time " )

And what racism? I'm kinda curious. The only time I'm ever racist is the occasional racial slur I slip out on mic, also I never RDM people, I was told that killing someone who arrests you randomly is fine.

Your behavior on the server tends to be about a lot of disrespect and rule breaking against people you don't like. You RDM them and you disrespect them over OOC.

You don't seem to be learning that this is unacceptable behavior from your previous bans for similar reasons.
