rdms me inside of tides. no where near his property nor did I aim my gun at him. just cause my org is raiding doesnt mean anything. happens at the end of the demo.

I have killed you on the stairs while you had an M4 out in your HAND. Also Accsick was pick-locking at the time which he is in the same org as you. I owned tides hotel 1, and you where in tides on the stairs which is close to the property range. However, having a gun in your HAND close to the property is a threat and I can shot you.

I wasnt near the property. I was on the stairs. Thats not near the property. Near the property is near the door or at the door. Doesnt matter if he was raiding. I could have been getting ready to raid any other tides room if there was another one owned.

I just watched your demo from start to finish, and I found out that I saw two rules broken.

1. In the first raid you guys did on boon you have died in-front of SKY, when you re-spawned you broke new life rule to go and grab the Uzi.

2. Middle of the demo Accsick Pick-locks, when I come you guys run away after 10 minutes you guys come back and raid, although if you attempted to pick lock you must continue with the raid.

I spoke to Greg about the situation. He sorta did RDM you in a way since it really didn't look like you were threatening him with your m4 since you were switching it back and forth. I have also spoken to him about property lines. For Tides I would go by it starts at the door until further notice. However, if they own all of the tides it can start at the Glass doors. If this happens again he will receive punishment.
