So I'm not supposed to do my job when I'm patroling around the city and see a warranted guy running around? Honestly i hardly ever look at someone's name in the heat of the moment, so when he killed me previous life at BP, I didn't catch who he even was. Next life, I see a warranted guy in the bank next to someone with a shotgun on their back, and warranted guy starts shooting at me so I kill him. I honestly don't see what I did wrong. I didn't go back to BP, and I didn't use information from my previous life to seek out and attempt an arrest on the warranted guy. It was his own fault for staying in the middle of the city with an arrest warrant. Of course I'm going to see him, and for me not to attempt to arrest a man with a warrant, would be to break NLR. I would have had to use information from my previous life (such and such's name killed me, so i shouldn't go near him) - as a new life, I don't have a clue who killed me, and when I see someone with a warrant I go after them simple as that.
It's only an hour, and that's not a huge deal but I just want to make sure that what I did wasn't breaking NLR because I didn't use any information from my previous life to influence what I did in my new life, and that's all the rule states.
It never says you can't kill whoever killed you in your previous life. All it says is you can't remember anything from your previous life, and you can't return to the area you died in. And I did neither of those things.
I'm not asking for blame, or even for the blacklist to be lifted but just reassurance that I can act as I did in the future because I did nothing wrong. Thank you for your consideration.

I told you several times ingame, it is considered the breakage of NLR if you go back after someone with an arrest warrant after they have killed you, no matter how much bait you(Although they shouldn't be baiting you)
Also, from where I was looking, he didn't shoot at you until you pointed a gun his way, but I may be wrong about that, either way, you shouldn't of walked into bank pointing a gun at him.

You need to pay attention to the names, and if you think you can't do that, don't go even close to the place you just died.

That kind of defeats the purpose of NLR if I'm supposed to use information from my previous life to specifically not go after someone, who I'm not supposed to remember killing me. It is similar to if, say a warranted guy kills me in the nexus, and when I spawn I would just ignore him, thus breaking NLR and not doing my job. If it was really a new life, I would spawn, see a warranted guy, and do my job of arresting him.
On the other hand, if I was killed at the Suburbs gas station, and immediately went and patrolled near that area, just to go arrest the guy that killed me, that would be breaking NLR.

You did tell me that several times in game, but yet it doesn't say it anywhere in the rules. You should put that in the rules specifically if you want people to abide by it.
