Exploiting spawn point by placing a prop in the place where people spawns after going through a teleporter

people told him that "he cant camp there" ,after i notice he is placing props into the teleporter i told him to stop, he didnt answer

this guy is a constant trouble in the server, all the rounds he either steals someone else props or nail props uselessly, when he gets slayed, he says things like "fucking bastard admin" or such.
