Yeah I'm not saying I didn't deserve to get disciplined I'm saying you've got some really poor judgement. Regardless whether someone's lead or not it would be more polite to just wait until the people talking 5 seconds before you are done or don't instantly just jump into the stack of their mics and say tell them to stfu. Before that you may have noticed maybe 3 different people implying racism and disrespecting multiple admins did you bother to discipline them? A kick would have been more appropriate for my situation not a 5 round mute then 30 minute ban with no warning 30 seconds later for saying "someone's on their period" which admittedly was disrespectful but ASCII seemed like he was in a bad mood and he was taking it out on everybody and I hate it when people do that admin or not. I don't want anything done about it I just want you to know I would have appreciated if you put a little more thought into it before you decided to ban me for a half an hour.

So there are several things I saw before I banned you.

1. You continue to talk over him when he was lead and he warned you several times.

2. When he finally got fed up with you he muted you. You should have listened the first time.

3. You don't tell an advisor to "calm the fuck down" and "someone's on their period". If you do not like how it is, you can go troll somewheres else.

Next time, take responsibility for your actions. Do not troll, do not spam, and do not disrespect.
