The incident happens at the end of the demo, I would say start it around 70000. My GMod keeps freezing when I play it so I can't give you an exact time, but 70000 is right around where it happens.
My org members and I were going to the bank to buy a property in suburbs and we had to get in my truck since the car went into the lake. I got into the truck, but one of my org members was a little behind and a cop saw him with an M4 on his back. The cop precedes to get out of the car, and my org member runs into the truck. The cop shoots the truck without tazing, then after I tell him you can't do that, he shoots me, and shoots my other org members. After this, another one of my org members, Jason, tells him he can not do that and Doctor (his rp name) tells him that he doesn't care, shown by this screenshot: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=im8acy&s=5. This whole incident was RDM, and randomly shooting a vehicle, since I never pulled out my gun, and all the cop did was come up and shoot my vehicle and my person without proof of a gun (I was carrying an Uzi).

Approved. No one there was posing a threat. You have a tazer for a reason and its to stop cars and movement.
