This guy was sniping people at extreme rate. Don't know how he is doing it, but my only solution is he got some kind hacks. The demo shows that he clearly shoots far away from the target, completely missing, but still gets the kill. Don't know what is going on there. There are times he seems to be playing normal. Maybe this is triggered. Please take a look!

No hacks, demo is a little bit laggy, and when people twitch shot with a gun, it can look shady. But nothing too unusual here.

If you still believe he's hacking, feel free to record another demo and post a report.
