From what I can tell he was not using any kind of speed mods but he was bhopping. I am positive he was not using any kind of scripts and there are no rules against it on this server. If he can manage to do this with a boss zombie then something should be done, but for a regular zombie at wave 4 when the humans are in a barricade.
